Margaret Valois has been licensed to practice law in Virginia since 2003 and devotes most of her practice to consumer bankruptcy and Title IX defense, though she has extensive experience in civil litigation, too.  Margaret has assisted students accused of Title IX violations in states across the country.  She was born and raised in Clifton Forge and graduated from Mary Washington College in 1989.  She worked as an insurance underwriter, as a paralegal and as an office manager before she became an attorney.  She is admitted to practice in the United States Courts for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia and all of the state courts of Virginia, including the Supreme Court of Virginia.
